I noticed a half-page ad in the sunday edition of the Manila Bulletin for Motif Inc., that states it has 100 openings for Travel Specialists, 100 openings for CSR (voice and e-mail) and other positions. As I am always on the look out for new players in the Philippine BPO industry, I made this post to raise call center agents awareness that there’s a lot of opportunities for us out there. I do not encourage call center hopping but why stay if you are not happy with current call center company or management that only tells you to “auto-in”? hehe.
